Introduction
AVASYS Corporation ("the Company") has established the following corporate privacy policy to protect your personal information.

Corporate Actions in Requesting Provision of Personal Information
Utilization Purposes
Whenever asking you to provide the Company with your personal information, the Company will notify the utilization purposes for your approval. With respect to such utilization purposes, the Company now considers using your personal information in showing products and related information through e-mail or direct mail.
Compliance with Utilization Purposes
The personal information you provide to the Company will be used within the scope of utilization purposes to which you give your prior consent. If the Company considers it necessary to use your personal information beyond such scope, the Company will notify you of the new utilization purposes and will first obtain your consent to such new utilization purposes.
Supply to or Deposit with third Parties
Your personal information will not be supplied to or deposited with third parties without your prior consent to such supply or deposit, except in the following cases:
- Where the Company has already obtained your consent to such supply or deposit after notifying you of the purpose of such supply or deposit, parties receiving such supply or deposit, and existence of agreements for handing your personal information,
- Where such supply or deposit is required by laws and ordinances, and
